WHO WE ARE

KW Training is a small, quality-driven organisation, specialising in flexible, focused and personalised training. As your health and social care training provider, support is always available to you to help you achieve your chosen qualification, with assessments tailored to your individual needs. Some training administrators simply have you submit assignment, after assignment, after assignment until you pass at a high enough grade. With our staff training in health and social care, we do things differently, emphasising real competence in your chosen field as you pursue your qualifications, not just passing the test. The piece of paper may be what employers look at but, in the real world, it’s useless without the proper expertise to back it up.

Flexibility

We understand that life takes place outside the hours of 9-5, so we operate on a flexible schedule designed to suit you, the learner. Our flexibility allows us to work around you and your timetable, equipping you with the knowledge and qualifications you need at a time that suits you.

Tailored Assessments

Another aspect of our flexibility is the tailoring of our assessments. We don’t use standardised tests but, rather, identify the strengths and weaknesses of our individual students and base our testing around them personally.

 

Industry Background

Our founder began KW Training with two decades spent working in the health and social care sector; his understanding stretches back a lot further than that. There truly is no substitute for experience, and we have the capability to pass it on to you as you pursue your qualifications.

 

 

ASSESSMENT

All of our course and certification qualification assessments can be administered from your own working environment. We believe there’s no place better than the workplace to assess what you know and how you put it into practice.
